教师简介(中英文):

周治国,博士,现为美国堪萨斯大学生物统计与数据科学助理教授。分别于2008年和2014年获得西安电子科技大学计算机科学与技术学士学位和计算机应用技术博士学位。曾于2013年5月至2014年5月在荷兰莱顿大学计算机系访问学习。2014年12月起在美国德州大学西南医学中心)放射肿瘤系从事博士后研究,并于2017年9月晋升为研究型讲师。2019年8月到2022年5月在中密苏里大学担任助理教授。在国际期刊和会议上发表相关学术论文80余篇,其中SCI检索50余篇,文章主要发表于医学物理领域顶级期刊和IEEE汇刊。担任两个国际期刊的编委和20多个国际期刊的审稿人,同时也是多个会议的分会主席。目前研究方向为人工智能,机器学习和深度学习,影像组学,医学影像分析,治疗结果预测,临床决策支持等。

Zhiguo Zhou, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at Department of Biostatistics & Data Science, University of Kansas. Dr. Zhou received the B.S. and Ph.D. degree in Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. He was a visiting scholar with Leiden University, Leiden, the Netherlands, from May, 2013 to May, 2014. Then he joined the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (UTSW), TX as Postdoctoral fellow in December, 2014. In September, 2017, he was promoted as Instructor (Research Track) at UTSW. Then he joined UCM as an Assistant Professor from August, 2019 to May 2022. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning, radiomics, medical image analysis, treatment outcome prediction, and clinical decision support. He has published more than 80 journal or conference papers, including 32 peer reviewed journal papers. He is the editor board member of two international journals and reviewers of more than 20 journals or conferences. He also served as session chairs of multiple international conferences.

课程简介(中英文):

人工智能在计算机领域有着悠久的历史,目前已成为最受关注的学科之一,并且已成功应用于自动驾驶、人脸识别、语音识别、机器人等前沿领域。本课程的目标是掌握人工智能的基础知识和国际前沿。本课程无需先修课程。

Artificial intelligence (AI) has a long history in computer science but continues to grow due in part to new applications in diverse fields. The frontier areas of AI include autonomous vehicles, face recognition, speech recognition, robotics, and many more. The aim of this course is to provide foundational knowledge and frontier in the field of artificial intelligence. This course assumes no previous knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts.
