Professor Zhou Xiaobo is a tenured professor of Houston Health Science Center, University of Texas. His research interesting Includes bioinformatics, artificial intelligence,image analysis and medical robot et al.

课程简介（中英文）：

本课程首先简要介绍人工智能的基础知识，随后周教授以生动案例讨论人工智能在生物医学中的一些典型应用，包括智能药物研发、医疗机器人、智能诊疗、智能影像识别、智能健康数据管理等， 是一门是关于医学影像、基因组学、人工智能多学科综合研究与应用的入门课程。

This course first briefly introduces the basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, and then uses Professor Zhou's own scientific research experience as a clue, and discuss some typical applications of artificial intelligence in biomedicine with vivid cases, including intelligent drug research and development, medical robotics, intelligent diagnosis and treatment, intelligent image recognition, intelligent health data management, etc. The students in this class，will engage in hands-on projects exploring methods of intelligent medical engineering.
