教师简介（中英文）：

柯国富，西安电子科技大学硕士，广州广哈通信有限公司研发总监。通信行业从业20余年，历任高级软件工程师、系统工程师、研发总监。参与了下一代网络（NGN）、基于软交换的电力调度系统、可视调度应急指挥系统等多个重大项目的设计和开发工作。

丁凡，毕业于华中师范大学，广州广哈通信有限公司高级软件工程师。通信行业从业近20年，参与了基于软交换的电力调度系统、可视调度应急指挥系统等多个重大项目的设计和开发工作。

Ke Guofu: Master of Xidian University, R&D Director of Guangzhou Guangha Communication Co., Ltd. He has been working in the communication industry for more than 20 years, and has successively served as senior software engineer, system engineer and R&D director. He has participated in the design and development of several major projects such as next-generation network (NGN), power dispatching system based on soft switch, and visual dispatch emergency command system.

Ding Fan: graduated from Central China Normal University, senior software engineer of Guangzhou Guangha Communication Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the communication industry for nearly 20 years and has participated in the design and development of many major projects such as power dispatching system based on soft switch and visual dispatching emergency command system.

教学内容包括通信协议设计、系统架构设计、客户端开发、服务器端开发等内容。通过课堂讲解，使学生了解通信系统软件的功能特性和通信软件设计的主要流程；通过案例实训，使学生掌握通信系统软件设计的基本技能；
