教师简介(中英文):张建福教授于1982年在西安交通大学获得电气工程学士学位,1987年在利物浦大学获得博士学位。他是LJMU微电子领域的领军人物。他目前的研究方向有:(一)未来微电子工业的新材料与器件;(二)评估、建模和老化预测;(三)新的表征技术;(四)硬件网络安全。
Professor Jian Fu Zhang received B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiao Tong University in 1982 and Ph.D. degree from University of Liverpool in 1987. He is the area leader for Microelectronics at LJMU. His current research interests are: (i) new materials and devices for future microelectronic industry; (ii) qualification, modelling, and aging prediction; (iii) new characterisation techniques; (iv) hardware cybersecurity.
课程简介(中英文):本课程模块可大致分为四个领域:基本理论和器件、制造、先进器件与系统以及亚微米MOSFETs。“基本理论和器件”包括半导体的原子结构和能带图;“制造”包括工业中使用的工艺流程和制造技术;“先进器件与系统”包括SRAM和DRAM、非易失性存储器、薄膜晶体管和液晶显示(LCD)系统;“亚微米MOSFETs ” 包括短沟道效应和热载流子效应。
The module contents can be broadly divided into four areas: basic theory and devices, fabrications, advanced devices and systems, and submicron MOSFETs.‘Basic theory and devices’ cover the atomic structure of semiconductors and the energy band diagram. ‘Fabrications’ include process flow and fabrication techniques used in industry. ‘Advanced devices and systems’ include SRAM and DRAM, non-volatile memories, and thin film transistors and liquid crystal display (LCD) systems. ‘Submicron MOSFETs’ address the short channel and hot carrier effects.
