本课程主讲教师为巴西圣保罗大学副教授Leo A. Ambrosio博士,Ambrosio博士在光散射的理论研究,电磁/光学超材料及应用、生物光子学等方面建树丰富,在国际期刊、会议发表科研论文120余篇,多次受邀在会议上做邀请报告。2011年荣获英格兰国际生物影像中心评选的100名优秀科学工作者, 2017年获得巴西电信协会的最佳文章奖,2019年被聘为西安电子科技大学“复杂环境光电信息感知创新引智学科111基地”海外骨干专家,与我校有扎实的合作基础。

Leonardo A. Ambrosio received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Campinas, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Campinas, Brazil, in 2002, 2005 and 2009, respectively. Between 2009 and 2013 he was a postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Microwaves and Optics at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Campinas (Unicamp), and developed part of his research at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. He is now an associated Professor at the University of São Paulo, in Brazil, the most prestigious and renowned university in Brazil and South America, with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the São Carlos School of Engineering. His research interests include Photonics, light-scattering problems for optical trapping and manipulation, metamaterials and plasmonics for optical nano-circuits and microstructured light fields and modeling of non-diffracting beams envisioning applications in biomedical optics, telecommunications and atom guiding. He was awarded “2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century” “Top 100 Scientists 2011” and “The International Einstein Award for Scientific Achievement-Iconic Achievers” by the International Biographical Center of Cambridge, England.

课程简介(中英文):

本课程主要讲述电磁场与电磁波的基本概念,通过介绍Maxwell方程组和波动方程、电磁波形式及其在介质中的传播方式、时域有限差分算法及仿真等基本内容,让学生了解电磁波/光场的传播特性分析方法。通过电磁超材料及其应用、光场调控及结构光场描述、电磁力及光学微操纵技术、元宇宙及光学三维显示技术、脑机接口等专题性讲座,让学生了解国际上该领域的一些最新发展动态。本课程全英文讲授,力图使学生在掌握专业知识的同时,提高学生学习和应用英语的能力,增进学生国际理解意识,培养具有国际视野的高素质人才。

This course will introduce the basic concepts of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave. By introducing Maxwell equations and wave equations, electromagnetic wave forms and their propagation modes in media, finite-difference time-domain algorithm and simulation, students will understand the propagation characteristics analysis methods of electromagnetic wave / light field. A series of special lectures on electromagnetic metamaterials and their applications, light field regulation and structural light field description, electromagnetic force and optical micro manipulation technology, meta-universe and optical three-dimensional display technique, students will touch some of the latest developments in this field, improve students' ability to learn and apply English, enhance students' awareness of international understanding, and cultivate high-quality talents with international vision while mastering professional knowledge.
