教师简介（中英文）：

程晟博士，西电79级校友，交通运输工程专家，陕西新航线交通科技有限公司董事长、总经理，西安交通大学物联网绿色发展研究院智慧交通技术中心主任、客座教授，陕西省科技厅、交通运输厅专家，省交通厅“双碳专班”成员，全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及附件分技术委员会委员。主编国家标准《LED道路/隧道照明专用模块规格和接口技术要求》GB/T34846-2017，参与交通运输部《高速公路服务区信息化建设指南》（征求意见稿）、《陕西省高速公路智慧服务区建设指南》的起草与咨询。参与了陕西省内5000余公里高速公路的建设，对机电信息技术在交通运输领域的应用有着丰富的经验，获多项发明专利。所研制的隧道照明节能控制系统于2015年获陕西省科学技术厅颁发的陕西省重大科技创新奖。

Dr. Cheng Sheng, a 79 year old alumnus of XD, an expert in transportation engineering, the chairman and general manager of Shaanxi new route transportation technology Co., Ltd., the director and visiting professor of intelligent transportation technology center of Internet of things Green Development Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University, an expert from Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and technology and Department of transportation, a member of the "double carbon special class" of Shaanxi Provincial Department of transportation, and a member of the electric light source and accessories sub Technical Committee of the national lighting appliance Standardization Technical Committee. Edited the national standard specifications and interface technical requirements for LED road / tunnel lighting special modules (GB / t34846-2017), and participated in the drafting and consultation of the guidelines for information construction of expressway service area (Draft for comments) and the guidelines for the construction of Expressway intelligent service area in Shaanxi Province issued by the Ministry of transport. He has participated in the construction of more than 5000 kilometers of expressways in Shaanxi Province, has rich experience in the application of electromechanical information technology in the field of transportation, and has won a number of invention patents. The developed tunnel lighting energy-saving control system won the major scientific and technological innovation award of Shaanxi Province issued by the Department of science and technology of Shaanxi Province in 2015.

交通运输是国民经济基础性、先导性、战略性行业。党的二十大报告提出“交通成为中国现代化的开路先锋”。《数字交通原理与实践》课程邀请我省知名的交通运输专家程晟教授为学生解读国家“数字中国”与“交通强国”战略发展目标，介绍公路交通数字化转型的背景，理解数字交通的概念，了解新一代信息技术、人工智能、智能制造、新材料、新能源等世界科技前沿技术与交通行业的深度融合方式，掌握信息技术在公路勘察、设计、路基路面、桥梁、隧道、服务区建造、养护和拆除废弃全寿命周期中的应用。同时，带领学生到智慧服务区进行参观研学，培养学生发现问题、分析问题和设计解决方案的能力，促进学生的团队精神、合作意识、沟通交流及项目管理能力。

Transportation is a fundamental, leading, and strategic industry in the national economy. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "transportation has become the pioneer of China's modernization". The course of Principles and Practice of Digital Transportation invited Professor Cheng Sheng, a well-known transportation expert in our province, to interpret the strategic development goals of "digital China" and "transportation power", introduce the background of Digital transformation of highway transportation, understand the concept of digital transportation, and understand the deep integration of the new generation of information technology, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, new materials, new energy and other world cutting-edge technologies with the transportation industry, Master the application of information technology in the entire life cycle of highway survey, design, roadbed and pavement, bridge, tunnel, service area construction, maintenance, and demolition. At the same time, lead students to visit and study in the smart service area, cultivate their ability to discover problems, analyze problems, and design solutions, and promote their team spirit, cooperation awareness, communication and project management skills.
