现代高精度授时体系是我国的重大、核心科技基础设施，是我国自力更生、自主可控科研力量的典型代表。《现代授时与卫星导航》邀请时间频率与卫星导航专家、中国科学院国家授时中心科技处处长、国家重大科技基础设施高精度地基授时系统总工艺师任晓乾博士讲授时间与空间的起源与概念，分析计时技术的演进、授时、定位技术的发展，分享精密时间应用、北斗卫星的定位、导航、授时和星际导航的原理与应用实践，解读国家重大科技基础设施。开阔学生国际视野，提升学生的创新创业能力和投身科研报国的热情。

The modern high-precision time service system is a major and core technological infrastructure in China, and is a typical representative of China's self-reliant and independently controllable scientific research force.
