教师简介（中英文）：

张泽岑博士，现任华泰联合证券副总裁，博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院。曾任华为海思光电子高级工程师。在半导体行业内耕耘多年，在技术领域和投资领域都有丰富的经验和独到的见解。

Doctor Zhang Ze Cen, currently occupation is Vice President of HUA TAI UNITED SECURITIES. Dr. Zhang obtained his ph.D degree in School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering，Nanyang Technological University. He previously worked in Hwawei Hisilicon-oe as a Senior Engineer. He has been focused in semiconductor industory for many years and has rich experience and unique viewpoints in both technology and investment.

围绕半导体产业链，从产业+投融资的复合角度，为同学们提供跨行业领域的丰富一手信息，帮助同学们拓宽职业生涯规划视野，引导同学们尽早树立和优化人生目标，并抓紧宝贵的在校学习时间为后续从业积极准备。具体信息包括半导体产业宏观现状和各细分赛道情况，以及金融行业的通识性科普，比如VC、PE、证券、基金公司是如何伴随和促进产业发展的。

This course is to provide first-hand interdisciplinary information in semiconductor industry and investment. It will help our students to open their vision in planning their career. The course will provide a guidance for the students to set up and optimize their career goal. Detailed information will including the current situation ofsemiconductor industry from a macrosopic perspective and the environment of many detailed area. Meanwhile，the course will also introduce general knowledge of financial industry to the students, such as how VC, PE, securities and funds companies were established with semiconductor industry and how did these companies stimulate the development of semiconductor industry。
